If new prospects are created in DemandCenter, will they automatically be synced with my CRM?

By default, DemandCenter CRM Integration will NOT automatically sync brand new prospects with your CRM. Prospects must be pushed from DemandCenter to your CRM. Before prospects are pushed to CRM, they must be flagged for synchronization first.

Prospects can be flagged for synchronization in a number of ways:

• Click the Push to CRM icon within the Prospect Detail
  
  
• View a listing of multiple prospects, select the prospect(s) to push, and click Push to CRM
  
  
• Click the Push to CRM link in a received Real-time Lead Alert
  
  
• Set up automatic processes to automatically push qualified prospects to CRM
