When DemandCenter CRM Integration encounters a critical error from the DemandCenter database (e.g. character limit exceed for a mapped field), for a lead or contact that is attempting to synchronize from the CRM, integration service will set the respective CRM record's eTrigueignore field to "TRUE" (box checked). This will effectively stop the synchronization of the record while you investigate and resolve the issue.
If you notice that DemandCenter CRM Integration has set eTrigueignore = TRUE, please leave the setting in place and contact eTrigue Support so that we can help you investigate the issue.
Once the issue is identified and corrected, you can uncheck the etrigueignore field so that synchronization for the record resumes.
