When the eTrigue Ignore field is set to 'True' for records in CRM, those records are completely ignored by the DemandCenter CRM integration service. For increased performance and faster sync processing, ignored CRM records are simply not returned to eTrigue in the queries to the CRM database, and the eTrigue system is not otherwise made aware that a specific record has been set to be ignored. As a result, there is not a way in DemandCenter to identify records that have been "ignored".
If you need to identify DemandCenter prospects that have CRM counterparts with the eTrigue Ignore field set to 'True':
- In your CRM, search for and export all records that have the eTrigue Ignore field set to 'true'.
- Import the list of exported CRM records into your DemandCenter account. Assign a prospect category as part of the import.
- Use the DemandCenter List Builder to search for all prospects assigned to the category assigned in Step 2.
Note - you will likely want to delete any new prospects that were created as NEW from the import.
