When adding a mapped field, you received "Add Mapping Failed".
Possible Causes and Resolutions:
- Your CRM credentials have expired. The integration cannot process any mappings because the connection to your CRM cannot be established.
Go to Settings > CRM Integration > Credentials and ensure that your username, password, and/or tokens are valid.
- New mappings cannot be added while the integration is active. Before a mapping can be added, the integration must be turned off to ensure data integrity and avoid data conflicts.
Go to Settings > CRM Integration > Integration Parameters and then uncheck the Integration Active checkbox. After you have added your mappings, re-enable Integration Active to restore CRM functionality.
