Push to CRM is a Campaign Action that can be included for use in any campaign flow. When campaign members reach this Action and qualify for this Action according to rules set by the campaign creator, they are flagged so that their prospect record is pushed to CRM during the next eTrigue-to-CRM update interval.
With just the Default Option enabled, ALL campaign members that reach the Push to CRM Action will be flagged to be pushed to CRM and immediately released from the Action to continue through the campaign flow.
To push only selected campaign members to CRM, you will need to to configure additional Options which will determine how Push to CRM behaves for different groups of campaign members. Options are configured through the Action's Properties.
NOTE - When additional Options are used, the Default Option may be disabled by clicking on 'do the following' which will change to 'release the prospect from this action without pushing to CRM'.
To configure an additional Option:
- Drag the Push to CRM Action into the campaign flow of your choice.
- Double-click to open the Action's Properties.
- Click on Add a Rule.
- Next to IF, click on Add Condition to choose the criteria for the Action to match on. If a prospect matches the criteria chosen here, they will be flagged for push to CRM during the next eTrigue-to-CRM update interval.
- Repeat steps 3-4 to configure additional Options as needed.
- When finished, click Apply to retain your configuration settings.
With additional Options in place, prospects that reach Push to CRM in the campaign flow will be evaluated by their prospect details (field data and activity history) against the criteria of the additional Options. Upon evaluation:
If a campaign member matches one or multiple Options within one Action, the rule for the first matching Option will be applied. The prospect will be flagged to be pushed to CRM during the next eTrigue-to-CRM update interval and be immediately released from the Action to continue through the campaign flow. Any other matching Option rules will NOT be applied, so a prospect would not be pushed to your CRM multiple times within the same Action.
OR
If a campaign member does not match any Option and the Default Option is ENABLED, the prospect will be flagged to be pushed to CRM during the next eTrigue-to-CRM update interval and be immediately released from the Action to continue through the campaign flow.
OR
If a campaign member does not match any Option while the Default Option is DISABLED, the prospect will immediately be released from the Action to continue through the campaign flow.
