As a prospect travels through a campaign flow, the prospect moves from Action to Action. In each Action, the prospect's tracking history and demographic data are evaluated according to criteria set by you. Each Action performs a specific operation based on the prospect record data. If the prospect's record details do not meet any of the Action’s configuration criteria, then the Action will not execute for that particular prospect, and the prospect will be released to continue through the campaign flow.
When initially added to a campaign flow, each Action will start out configured with a Default Option. If no further changes are made, the Action’s operation will automatically execute according to the Default Option configuration. Along with the Default Option, you can also configure custom conditional Options for each action.

|Given a list of prospects, divide them into two sample size groups. Each group gets an email. Winning email is sent to remaining and future prospects.
|Is one subject line better than another? Send a group of prospects an email with subject line variation 1 and another group with variation 2. Winning email is sent to everyone else.

|Direct the prospect to a new Flow within
the same Campaign.
|If a prospect filled out the "RSVP" Form, then direct the prospect to the "Registered" flow.
|Direct the prospect to an Action in a Campaign.
|Prospect goes into "thank you" campaign after submitting a form. Have prospect repeat the Campaign by jumping them back to the beginning, so that if they fill out another form, they get a thank you email again.

to specified eTrigue Users.
|If a prospect filled out the "Contact Us" form, then send an
email to the Sales Team reminding them to reach out to the prospect.
|Push to CRM
|Push the prospect to the CRM.
|If a prospect filled out the "Purchase Product" form, then push the
prospect to the CRM during the next integration update.
|Send an email alert to
specified eTrigue Users.
|If a prospect from California fills out the "Contact Us" form,
then send a campaign alert to the salesperson who manages
|Wait for a specified
period of time.
|After a prospect is sent Email 1, add a "Wait" Action to hold them for one week, before sending them Email 2.
