When exporting prospects or leads via manual exports or Scheduled Exports, there are a number of customization that users may apply to their export. These include the following:
- Users may arrange the order of their fields (i.e. how the columns are arranged).
- Users may rename their fields (i.e. how the columns' names are displayed).
- Users may add dynamic fields that only appear in the export.
- Choose how the data is separated when the export is downloaded (CSV or TSV files).
Users can save Export Templates so that they can quickly apply their export preferences quickly to future manual or scheduled exports.
