Only DemandCenter users that have been assigned to a role with Administrator enabled will be allowed to change a prospect's status from 'Opt-out' to 'Active'.
To change the status of a prospect, you can:
- Directly edit the specific individual's prospect record
OR
- Update the status of multiple prospects at the same time
