Buy Time Score helps you to see how much time (in seconds) a prospect has spent on your tracked sites during your organization's typical sales cycle.
For example, if your sales cycle is usually 6 months, then you will want to set the Buy Time Score to "180 days".
Let's then suppose a prospect spent a total of 2 hours on your site, but only 1 hour in the last 6 months, then the prospect's Buy Time Score would be displayed (in seconds) as:
Buy Time Score: 3600
You would see 3600 because 1 hour = 60 minutes = 3600 seconds.
How to Configure the Buy Time Score
- Go to Settings > Prospect Settings > Prospect Scores > Buy Time Score.
- Use the Buy Time drop-down menu to choose the number of days that are in your organization's typical sales cycle. By default, the number of days is set to 90.
- Click Save when finished.
