How do I hide specific scores on lead alerts and prospect records?

  1. Go to Settings > Prospect Settings > Prospect Scores.

  2. To hide a score on lead alerts and prospect records, click on the name of the score so that it is no longer highlighted in blue.



    For any score names that are grayed out, this means that the score will not appear on lead alerts and prospect records. In the example shown above, the Custom and Relationship scores are hidden.   

    Note: While scores are "hidden", all scoring services continue to run as normal. During this time, you may continue to set score rules and use scoring related searches in the List Builder.
