Campaign Statistics enable you to see how your campaign is performing in real-time and allows you to easily see where your prospects are within a campaign. Users may view the stats of their campaign by
opening their campaign and checking the View Statistics checkbox within the Campaign Builder view.
NOTE: When you click on the More [ . . . ] within the campaign statistics and depending on the type of statistic you are referencing, you may see two columns appear called 'Total' and 'Unique'.
"Total" returns the running total includes repeatable events.
"Unique" returns distinct records only and does NOT include repeats.
For example, in Email Actions you will see "Total Opens" and "Unique Opens".
Suppose John opened an email 3 times and Sally opened the same email 2 times.
"Total Opens" would add 5 (3 from John, 2 from Sally), but "Unique Opens" would be 2 because there are only 2 unique individuals, John and Sally.
