How do you add additional prospects to a campaign that has already started?

 

  1. Create a static or dynamic list that includes the prospect(s).

  2. Go to Campaigns > Campaigns and open the campaign that you would like to add prospects to.

  3. Click the Pause icon.

  4. Double-click the Start Action to open its configuration window.

  5. Next to Audience, click Browse to find and select the static list created in step 1.

  6. Click OK to add the selected list to the Audience of the Campaign.

  7. Click OK to commit your changes and close the Start Action configuration window.

  8. Click Save to retain the changes that you made to the Campaign.

  9. Click Ready to resume running the Campaign with your new list in the audience.
