How do I add a comment field to DemandCenter standard forms? – eTrigue Support

DemandCenter allows you to include any Standard and Custom fields to any eTrigue Standard or Progressive Form.

To include a comments field for your form, eTrigue recommends that users create a TEXT custom field in DemandCenter by navigating to Prospects > Add / Edit Prospect Fields > Create a New Custom Field. Once you have created your field, you can include the field when building or editing any eTrigue Standard or Progressive Form.

Note - Though DemandCenter includes a standard Memo field that may be used to record comments, it is strongly recommend that users refrain from using the Memo field for this purpose.

The Memo field is designed to allow DemandCenter to write relevant information about a prospect to a field that is visible to the end-user. Utilizing this field within a form could allow your prospects to overwrite valuable system generated information, resulting in a loss of data.
