When viewing eTrigue-hosted Landing Pages in your browser, you may encounter an error similar to the following, but not limited to:
- "404" page error
- "name not resolved"
- "page cannot be found"
- "page cannot be displayed"
- "webpage is not available"
These errors typically indicate that your company's internal network is not able to resolve your landing page subdomain URL. If applicable, your network administrator(s) may need to update your network’s DNS settings to include your subdomain. This will allow your browser to be able to retrieve your eTrigue-hosted landing page.
