How do I associate an eTrigue Standard or Dynamic Progressive Form with a Campaign? – eTrigue Support

With this setting in place, Prospects will automatically be added to the selected Campaign when the form is submitted. As a result, the Prospects will immediately be evaluated as members of the Campaign, and will participate in the flows and actions according to the Campaign design. No other Campaign Audience List association is needed.

If the Prospect was already previously a member of the associated Campaign, then their original Campaign progress will not be affected, and they will continue in the Campaign according to the Campaign design.

The status, attributes, settings and design of the campaign will not be altered in any way.

To associate a Form with a Campaign:

Go to Assets > Explore Forms.
In the left navigation, under Folder View, select the folder that contains your Form.
In the main view, select the form that you wish to edit and click the Edit Selected button at the top of the screen
Under Campaign Association, click Select Campaign. A dialogue will open and allow you to browse your existing Campaigns.
Use the explorer to:

Navigate to a folder and select an existing Campaign.

OR
Navigate to the folder where you would like the new Campaign to be created, and type a name in the Name field for your new Campaign. If the name you provide does not match any existing Campaigns in the folder, then, at the time your form is saved, a new Campaign will be created with the name and location specified. It will have the following default settings:

Start Immediately
Run Indefinitely
Status = Ready.
Audience = no lists selected.

Click OK to complete the Campaign selection.
Click Save (if this is a new form you will need to provide a name and choose a folder for your saved form). If you chose to create a new Campaign in the Campaign Association steps above, the Campaign will be created now.
