- Go to Assets > Explore Forms.
- In the left navigation, under Folder View, select the folder that contains your Dynamic Progressive Form.
- In the main view, select the form that you wish to edit and click the Edit Selected button at the top of the screen.
- Edit the Progressive Form Definition settings of your form as needed:
- Source: Click Select, then choose the Source to that is to be assigned to new Prospects entering DemandCenter from the form. Preexisting Prospects that fill out the form will remain assigned to their original Source, but their Last Source will be updated to reflect the form submit.
- Ownership: Click Select, then check the boxes next to the DemandCenter Users that should Own new Prospects entering your DemandCenter database from the form.
- If a single User is selected as the owner (Single User) - Every new Prospect will be assigned to the ownership of the one DemandCenter User that is selected in the Ownership box.
- If multiple Users are selected as the owners (Round Robin) - Each new Prospect will be assigned to the ownership of a different DemandCenter User, starting with the first User that is selected in the Ownership box. The system will continue to rotate through the list of all selected Users, in Round Robin fashion, for as long a the form is active.
- Groups: Click Select, then check the boxes next to the DemandCenter Groups that should have access to edit your form.
- Categories: Click Select, then check the boxes next to the DemandCenter Prospect Categories that should be assigned to any Prospect that submits the form.
- Alert: If you would like to have a Real-Time Alert distributed immediately after this form has been submitted (first submission only):
- Check the box next to Send lead alert upon submit.
- In the Users to Alert box, click Select to open a list of available DemandCenter Users. Check the boxes next to the DemandCenter Users that you wish to alert and click OK to apply your selection(s).
- In the Real-Time Alert Template box, click Select to open a list of available Real-TIme Alert Templates. Choose the Real-Time Alert Template that you would like to use for this Alert, and click OK to apply your selection.
- Campaign Association: Associate the form with a Campaign of your choice
With this setting in place, Prospects will automatically be added to the selected Campaign when the form is submitted. As a result, the Prospects will immediately be evaluated as members of the Campaign, and will participate in the flows and actions according to the Campaign design. No other Campaign Audience List association is needed.
If the Prospect was already previously a member of the associated Campaign, then their original Campaign progress will not be affected, and they will continue in the Campaign according to the Campaign design.
The status, attributes, settings and design of the campaign will not be altered in any way.

- Save: Overwrite the preexisting Form with your changes.
OR
- Save As: Create a NEW Form that includes your changes. If you chose to create a new Campaign in the Campaign Association steps above, the Campaign will be created now.
- After you successfully save your form, click on the Progressive Form Flow tab, in order to edit the flow(s) of your Progressive Form.
Progressive Form Flows dictate the timing and order of Progressive Form Prompts that will be presented to a visiting Prospect. Each time a Prospect clicks on a link that has been enabled with the code for this form, their Prospect record will be processed, starting with the Start Action, and throughout all applicable Form Flows and Actions, until the Prospect record reaches a Form Action that: - Is requesting information for a field that is BLANK in their individual Prospect record.
AND
- Has not exceeded the total number of Prompt Retries for the Form.
- If your existing Dynamic Progressive Form is ENABLED, click PAUSE to temporarily disable the Form behavior. You will need to PAUSE the form in order to make changes to the Form Flow. When your Progressive Form is PAUSED, Prospects will be allowed direct access to any website content that may be protected by the Form.
- Edit the Progressive Form Flow components of your form, as needed:
- Double-click the Start Action to begin configuring your Progressive Form Flow. The Start Action Configuration window will open -- in this window, you will need to define the first form prompt that will be presented to qualifying Prospects, as well as the overall default behavior and style of the Dynamic Progressive Form. - Add additional Flows to your Progressive Form Flow, as needed, by clicking on the NEW FLOW button.
- Add additional Go To Actions to your Progressive Form Flow, as needed, by dragging them from the Actions bar. Go To Actions send Prospects to different Flows within the same Dynamic Progressive form, based upon their field data and tracking history, so that they receive a distinct series of behaviors that are specific to a flow. - Add additional Form Actions to your Progressive Form Flow, as needed, by dragging them from the Actions bar. Form Actions within the Progressive Flow define the various progressive stages of the form, as well as the form fields that will be presented at each stage. The next time a Prospect is evaluated by the form after satisfying all of the requirements of a given Form Action, they will move on to the next available Form Action in the Flow, and their form prompt will include the fields listed in that Form Action, according to the configuration settings and Option logic of the Action. - When finished editing the Progressive Form Flow components, click either:
- Save: Overwrite the preexisting Form with your changes.
OR
- Save As: Create a NEW Form that includes your changes. If you chose to create a new Campaign in the Campaign Association steps above, the Campaign will be created now.
OR
- X (far right): Cancel your unsaved changes.
- Before Re-ENABLING your Dynamic Progressive Form, check the box next to Test Mode and use the Validate Form and Test Action tools to thoroughly test the components of your Campaign:
- Validate Form - Clicking this button checks all Actions in the Progressive Form Flow to ensure that the minimum configuration requirements have been completed. If all requirements have been met, you will see a green 'OK' below each valid Action. If further configuration is needed for one or multiple Actions, you will see red errors below each of the incomplete Action(s), indicating specific issues.
- Test Action - Left-click to highlight any single Action that you would like to test, then click the Test Action button. The behavior of the Action will be applied immediately, ONLY to the members of the Test Audience selected in step 7, according to the configuration settings and Option logic of the Action. A confirmation dialogue box will open to display the effects of the Action upon each Test Audience member. Check to ensure that the appropriate Test Audience members received the behavior that you would expect when evaluating their individual Prospect details against the Option logic of the Action.
- Validate Form - Clicking this button checks all Actions in the Progressive Form Flow to ensure that the minimum configuration requirements have been completed. If all requirements have been met, you will see a green 'OK' below each valid Action. If further configuration is needed for one or multiple Actions, you will see red errors below each of the incomplete Action(s), indicating specific issues.
- Based on the results of the tests conducted in step 13, you may need to revisit and revise the Progressive Form Flow components described in step , until you receive the behavior that you desire.
- After your tests confirm that the Form is behaving as you would like, click the ENABLE button to re-activate your Progressive Form to a LIVE state. When your Progressive Form is ENABLED, Prospects that visit content protected by this Progressive Form will be processed through the Progressive Form Flow, and will receive the appropriate Form behavior.
