DemandCenter's List Builder provides many search options that can be used to look for prospect records in your DemandCenter database, but one common need is the ability to retrieve ALL prospect records in the database.
A quick way to do this would be to use the Status search criteria which can be found under Prospect Fields > Prospect Details. When you configure this search, select the following:
- Has any selected
AND - Highlight/select ALL statuses: Active, Bad Email, Inactive, Opt-Out (Click Active, hold down Shift key, and click Opt-Out to select all statuses.)
Since every prospect must be assigned to a status, choosing all statuses will return every prospect in your DemandCenter database.
From here, you can view the results, and export all records if you wish.
