How do I manually push a single prospect to my CRM?
Use the Prospect Search bar and type in the name or email address of the prospect that you are looking for.
Click on the name of the prospect that you wish to select.
The prospect's record will be displayed. On the left-hand side of the page, locate and click on the Push to CRM icon.
In the Push to CRM dialog box that appears, click Push to CRM to confirm the push. The selected prospect will be flagged for immediate push to your CRM.
NOTE - It may take up to 15 minutes before the record appears in the CRM due to a number of factors including but not limited to: processing and caching on the CRM side, network availability of your CRM, and your organization's CRM API call usage.
