Introduction
In addition to the Standard Fields that DemandCenter automatically provides for collecting and storing data, users can create custom fields to store information that is important to their organization.
There is no limit on the number of custom fields allowed per account. Upon creation, custom fields can appear and be seen by prospects when included on a form. They can also be viewed within the application itself by users. Some examples of custom fields include Yearly Revenue, Number of Employees, Area of Interest, SIC codes, etc.
Custom fields have the potential to play an important role in your marketing strategies as they can be used for list segmentation and personalization of email content.
