The Campaigns report provides an overview of mailout statistics for emails sent from DemandCenter Campaigns over a period of time. For the selected Timeframe, any campaigns that had mailout during that period will be listed.
Under each campaign, its Email Templates (by name) will be listed. You may also click on next to a campaign to access its Campaign Effectiveness report, which gives you an in-depth look at that campaign.
The stats represent the following:
- Emails Sent: the total number of times that the displayed email template was sent
- Bounces: the total number of emails that resulted in a bounce
- Deliverability: the percentage of prospects that successfully received the email. The percentage is calculated by: ("Emails Sent" - "Bounces") divided by "Emails Sent".
- Opened: the total number of unique prospects that opened the email. Repeat opens are not counted.
- Open Rate: the percentage of prospects that opened the email. The percentage is calculated by: "Opened" divided by ("Emails Sent" - "Bounces").
- Visited: the total number of unique prospects that visited the email. Repeat visits are not counted.
- Opt-outs: the total number of unique prospects that opted-out from the email.
- Opt-out Rate: the percentage of prospects that opted-out from the email. The percentage is calculated by: "Opt-outs" divided by ("Emails Sent" - "Bounces").
