How do I assign an Activity Score value or page Nickname of a tracked page?

  1. Go to Settings > Prospect Settings > Prospect Scores.

  2. Click Activity Score.

  3. Under the Activity Score tab, use the Search Pages tool to define the criteria needed to locate the tracked pages to which you would like to assign an Activity Score value and/or page Nickname. Choose to search by Nickname or Page URL. A listing of matching pages across all eTrigue Trackable Websites will display after clicking Apply.

  4. Use the search tools to further refine your results:

    1. Score: Use the drop-down and text field to include pages that match your specified Score value(s).

    2. Lock Status: Use the drop-down to include Not Locked or Locked pages.

    3. Content Type: Use the drop-down to only include pages with the selected Content Type.

    When you have finished choosing your filters, click Filter Results. Your table of matching pages will be updated to reflect your filter criteria.

  5. In the table of page listings, check the boxes next to all pages that you would like to update and click Edit Selected Pages.

  6. In the Edit Pages dialog, configure the attributes that will be applied to ALL previously selected pages:

    1. Nickname: Enter the nickname that you would like to assign to the pages. The Nickname will appear in Prospect Activity Details, Lead Alerts, and anywhere else the page(s) is/are referenced.

    2. Content Type: Use the drop-down menu to select the Content Type that you would like to assign to the matching page(s). The page(s) will automatically be assigned to the Content Type of your choice along with the associated score value. The overall Activity Score of Prospects visiting these pages will be increased or decreased according to the score value that is assigned.

    3. Score: Provide the score value (ranging from -100 to 100) that you would like to assign to the matching page(s). The overall Activity Score of Prospects visiting these pages will be increased or decreased according to the score value that is assigned.

    4. Lock Status: Choose Locked if you would like matching page(s) to be ineligible for any other Activity Score Rules. If you would like your page(s) to be eligible for further updates, choose Not Locked.

  7. When finished, click Apply. All selected attributes will be instantly applied to your selected page(s).
