Note - Users will not need to add eTrigue Tracking Code to their DemandCenter hosted Landing Pages as code will automatically be added upon the page becoming LIVE.
- Go to Assets > New Asset > Landing Page -- DemandCenter's Landing Page Builder will open.
- Construct your landing page using the tools provided in the editor.
- Please note that this editor includes three viewing and editing modes:
- Normal / WYSIWYG: Allows you to compose your landing pages without having to know a single line of HTML code. This is DemandCenter's "what-you-see-is-what-you-get" (WYSIWYG) mode. You simply edit the template as if it were a traditional document, and what you see on the screen is essentially what you will get on the live web page.
- HTML: Recommended for more advanced users. Here, you can build your landing pages by writing your own code or simply pasting in code from another source.
- Preview: Reveals a preview of what your landing page will look like when visited. When viewing your landing page in “Preview” mode, your page is not editable. You will need to go back to Normal Mode or HTML mode to make changes.
Note - All internet browsers translate HTML code differently. As a result, your landing page may not look the same as the preview display in all browsers. The Preview viewing mode should only be used as a general reference when creating landing pages.

- To construct your landing page, either:
- Design and build your page from scratch using the various viewing modes and WYSIWYG tools provided.
OR - Insert your own pre-developed HTML source code directly into the HTML mode.
- Design and build your page from scratch using the various viewing modes and WYSIWYG tools provided.
- When you are finished constructing your landing page, click the Preview icon to review your changes.
- Next, construct the landing page URL by typing in text in the URL field. For example, if your landing page is being used for an event registration, then the URL of your page might be:
http://yoursubdomain.com/eventregistration - Under Properties, provide a name for your landing page and select a folder to save it in.
- Choose when your page goes live (Publish Date) and when it expires (Expiration Date). Note that if you set the publish date to a date in the future or if you set the page to expire on a certain date, then you will also need to determine the URL that prospects should be directed to when the landing page is not live, and enter that URL in the text box provided.
- When finished, click Save to preserve your work and create the landing page.
