No. Email Messages do not currently support embedded HTML forms.
Typically, forms require code or scripts to function. By including these elements inside an email, email deliverability is severely impacted because security mechanisms would flag your email as potentially harboring malicious content.
Instead of placing a form inside an email, it is better practice for emails to link visitors to a page that contains a form. Advantages include:
- When prospects click on your email links, they are cookied upon arrival for ongoing tracking.
- You have the opportunity to entice and provide other appealing content on your webpage.
- Forms on a page are more secure than embedded forms in emails.
