Introduction
eTrigue currently provides an option for users to secure their user accounts with multi-factor authentication (MFA). MFA is an important security enhancement that requires users to verify their identities by providing more than just usernames and passwords.
How to enable Multi-Factor Authentication
When logging into eTrigue, you will be prompted to enable MFA for your user account.
To activate multi-factor authentication, we need to confirm your identity. Complete the following steps:
- Select the country where your mobile phone is serviced.
- Provide your mobile phone number, including the area code.
- Click Send Code to receive a verification code to your mobile phone.
- Enter your passcode next to Verification Code, then click Submit.
Once enabled, each time you log into eTrigue, you will be prompted to authenticate by enabling a code sent to the mobile phone that was supplied during setup.
