To manage your account's Opt-Out Message and Opt-out Link Text:
- Go to Settings > Account Settings > Opt-Out Message.
- Click on the text box under Opt-Out Message (appears in email footer), to edit the text that will display in the footer of your emails. This text will immediately precede the Opt-Out/Subscription Link in the email.
Note: This feature only applies to accounts in which the Legacy Editor is enabled. - Under Opt-Out Link Text (immediately follows the Opt-Out message), click on the text box to edit the text that will displayed as the Opt-Out/Subscription Link. When prospects click on the link, they will be taken to the Subscription Management page where they will be able to customize their subscription preferences.
Note: This feature only applies to accounts in which the Legacy Editor is enabled. - If you would like to edit the messaging that appears after a prospect chooses to opt out from all emails, then click on the text box under Confirmation Message (appears after opt-out link is clicked) and update with your own text.
- To edit the messaging that prospects see after clicking on the Save Changes button on the Subscription Management page, click on the text box under Save Changes Confirmation Message (appears after Save Changes button is clicked).
- (OPTIONAL) If you would like the Opt-Out Message Content to appear in a language other than English, then select your desired language from the drop-down menu next to OTHER LANGUAGE.
If the language that you are looking for does not appear, click on the icon to select from the list of available languages left. Once a language has been selected, configure each text box on the right-side of the page with the desired messaging in the chosen language.
