Administrator is a DemandCenter ability that can be enabled for any User Role. It should be reserved for team members that oversee eTrigue master account settings and activities. Users assigned to the Administrator ability will have special abilities to make account-wide changes in areas that may have immediate impact upon the Prospect database, Campaigns, and various other aspects of the DemandCenter account.
Administrators can:
- Delete another user's unsaved changes while editing a campaign.
- Set a custom Default Field Layout for the prospect detail screen which will be available to all users in the account.
- Change the Status of a prospect from Opt-Out to Active (to be used with caution)
Note - The CAN-SPAM Act covers all commercial email messages. Changing the status of someone who has opted out of your organization’s emails without their consent is a violation of your eTrigue agreement and the CAN-SPAM Act. Each separate email in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act is subject to penalties of up to $16,000.
