What is a Scheduled Alert (Summary Lead Alert for Known Visitors)?

A Scheduled Alert is a rule based notification sent from the eTrigue system to assigned DemandCenter Users to inform them of known prospects that have recently visited an eTrigue-trackable website. Rules are defined by a combination of specific prospect activity and demographic criteria and are configured by DemandCenter Administrators. A prospect must visit an eTrigue-trackable website in order to be checked against your existing Lead Alert Rules.

Unlike a Real-Time Lead Alert which notifies your users of recent visit activity for a single prospect record, Scheduled Alerts provide a consolidated summary of all qualifying prospects that visited during a Scheduled time interval. These alerts are a handy alternative for users who do not wish to receive separate Real-Time Alerts for each visit session made by each prospect.
 

The prospects that are included in your regularly received Scheduled Alerts are all of those who:

  1. Are cookie-enabled for eTrigue tracking

  2. Visited one of your organization's Tracked Websites

  3. Match the Lead Alert Rule for the Scheduled Alert in question

  4. Visited during the Schedule time interval, leading up to the time that the Scheduled Alert is sent. For example, if you have chosen to receive a Daily Scheduled Alert, each new alert will list the applicable prospects that visited during the 24 hour period leading up to the time at which your alert was sent.



Scheduled Alerts include:

  • Demographic and Source Reporting, comprised of the data collected from the qualifying prospects in the current Summary Lead Alert. Includes:

    1. Most Active Companies
      - Most Active Companies by Page Count
      - Most Active Companies by Unique Visitor
    2. Most Active Visitors by Company (Top 100)
    3. Most Active Visitors by Geography
      - Unique Visitors by State/Province
      - Unique Visitors by Country
    4. Most Active Sources

     

  • Summary Listing of all qualifying prospects. Each prospect listing includes:

    1. Prospect's Contact Information and Link to the prospect record in DemandCenter
    2. Company 
    3. Location
    4. Last Visit Date
    5. Source
    6. Visits - the lifetime count of visit sessions for the prospect
    7. Pages - the lifetime count of pages visited by the prospect
