CRM field mappings that are RED cannot be modified by end-users. These RED mappings are required by the system for routine service processing and are essential for a normal operating status.
In many cases, red mappings have data flowing from a CRM system to eTrigue. For these particular field mappings, eTrigue does not update the CRM field, but instead, can only receive data from the CRM system.
