No -- due to how GoToWebinar indicates Same Attendees in recurring events, eTrigue will only record the first time that a GoToWebinar recurring event is attended by a Same Attendee. If the Same Attendee attends a subsequent recurrence of the event, their repeat attendance will not be identifiable to the eTrigue Event integration and will NOT be recorded in the attendee’s prospects details.
When configuring recurring events in GoToWebinar, we encourage you to either:
- Create separate events for each recurrence, so that each is tracked uniquely.
- Select Different Attendees when configuring recurring events in GoToWebinar.
