The Mapping screen allows you to add, edit, and remove the field mappings that are included in the regularly occurring synchronizations between your DemandCenter account and your CRM system. However, if you recently added, modified or deleted fields from your CRM system, you will want to ensure CRM Integration is made aware of these field changes.
To refresh your fields for DemandCenter's CRM Integration:
- Go to Settings > Integration Settings > CRM Integration > Mappings.
- Click on the Lead tab.
- Click Refresh CRM Fields. This will cause CRM Integration to retrieve any new fields created in your CRM. If a refresh was successful, you will see the list of new fields appear.
- Click on the Contact tab and click Refresh CRM Fields to do the same for Contacts.
