Note - During the period that CRM Integration services are deactivated, data will not flow between eTrigue and the CRM. This will also temporarily deactivate features such as eTrigue Salespro, Autopush Lead Alert Rules, Push to CRM Campaign Actions, etc. Data changes and activity that occur while CRM Integration is offline will be picked up in the first sync that occurs after CRM Integration is reactivated.
To temporarily deactivate DemandCenter's CRM Integration services:
- Go to Settings > Integration Settings > Integration Parameters.
- Uncheck the box next to Integration Active.
- Click Save to complete the temporary deactivation. CRM account credentials, field mappings, and other settings will continue to be retained.
