DemandCenter allows you to send trackable emails on behalf of any configured users in your account. When an email is sent on behalf of a user, the email's sender replacement tags will dynamically populate with the sender's signature information.
To configure or edit signature information so that emails sent on behalf of a user reflects that person's contact information:
- Go to Settings > User Management.
- Click the Users tab.
- Double-click on the name of the user that you wish to configure or edit the signature information for or click on the Edit icon to the right of the user to open their user profile.
- Next to the fields provided, update the signature information as needed.

Note: To be in compliance with international email regulations and standards, the Signature Email address must be a real working email address.
- When finished, click Save to retain your changes.
