The prospects that are included in your regularly received summary Lead Alerts are all of those who:
- Have been cookied for ongoing visitor tracking
- Visited one of your organization's Tracked Websites
- Matched the Lead Alert Rule for the summary alert in question
- Visited during the schedule time interval, leading up to the time that the summary alert was sent. For example, if you have chosen to receive a daily summary alert, each new alert will list the applicable prospects that visited during the 24 hour period leading up to the time at which your alert was sent.
NOTE - If no prospects match your lead alert rule during the current schedule interval, the system will still deliver a blank summary at the scheduled time as a confirmation that the service is running.
